  • All cancellations and refunds are governed by the airline, hotel, or service provider’s fare rules.
  • Our platform acts as an intermediary; we cannot override or alter provider policies.
  • Service fees or convenience charges collected by us are non-refundable.

2. Flight Cancellations

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible for cancellation as per airline policy. Cancellation charges may apply.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: No refund is permitted. In some cases, taxes may be refundable.
  • Partially Used Tickets: Refunds are calculated by the airline based on the unused portion of travel.
  • No-Show Passengers: Failure to board the flight without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Date & Time Changes (Rebooking)

  • Most airlines allow changes to travel date or time for a rebooking fee plus any fare difference.
  • Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours before departure (depending on airline policy).
  • All changes are subject to seat availability in the desired class.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support team.
  • Once the request is raised, we will forward it to the airline/service provider for approval.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days (timeframes may vary depending on the airline or payment provider).
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only.

5. Force Majeure & Involuntary Cancellations

  • If a flight is cancelled due to reasons beyond control (e.g., weather, strikes, technical issues, government restrictions), refunds or alternative travel options will be offered as per airline policy.
  • In such cases, our platform will not be liable for additional expenses such as accommodation, meals, or transportation.

6. Hotels & Other Services (if applicable)

  • Hotel bookings, car rentals, and other services are subject to the cancellation/refund rules of the respective provider.
  • Some bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Please review provider-specific terms before confirming your booking.

7. Important Notes

  • Refund values may vary depending on how much of your journey is completed.
  • Taxes and fees are refundable only if permitted by the airline/provider.
